Engage got a new website.....

Well this fall Engage will start back up at the Handlebar.  They've just redesigned the look of the website.  Check it out here.

Got my rough mixes in....

Thursday I received some rough mixes for my album coming out this November.  I am super pumped about it.  My wife and I sat and listened to what they are becoming this week.  I've been listening to them every since.  It's gonna be great!

Rattlesnake Attack.

So while in California we had a little visitor that appeared in the studio one morning.  We all walked in with starbucks anticipating to start playing some music.  We set some stuff down and heard what sounded like rushing water.  It was a rattle snake in the cabin.  Here is a little fear driven footage of us trying to fish the snake into my guitar case and get it out of the house.

The Sound that breaks Strongholds

So yesterday we had a great time of worship.  We extended our time in the second service of worship.  The  Lord was up to some stuff that we couldn't really pin point.  So as we kept playing I just began to ask the Lord to show me what he wants to do, how we need to end, so on and so forth.  He reminded of the numerous times in the old testament where you would see the musicians go before the people of God to "confuse" the enemy.  So yesterday as we ended as I asked everyone to get the circumstance or the stronghold in their life set before them in their mind and we just released this huge anthem instrumentally over the people and in faith believed God would tear down the strongholds and he did.  We had a ton of people who felt release.

Here was the set from yesterday.
"Happy Day"
"From the Inside Out"
"Revelation Song"
"Bless the Lord"
"Like You Promised" (Chorus)

Speaking of releasing a sound that breaks strongholds, this is the week leading up to the HINGE.  We are expecting to release a song of worship and prayer in the heart of our city to initiate revival.  This day will be all about Jesus.  So please make plans to come out for some of the day this Saturday.
